Heck, it’s raining right now, for crying out loud! https://ticker.mesonet.org/archive/20240513/current-radar.png Now when I say "77-county rains," technically, that’s correct, although some got a lot, but some unfortunately still got a little. But (and that’s a big "but"... you know who you are), like it says...everybody got at least a little. And we have rain chances *somewhere* in the state for the next week as well. Yes, there was a very small GaryMac County down by Gotebo decades ago where hats were required and trees were optional. It was eventually absorbed into the surrounding counties when folks realized the glare from all those hair- challenged heads was causing planes to go off course. We spread out after that.
